Pig Taster Session

Before you rush in to buying your piglets come and learn from our experiences.

We will take you through the basics and the fiddly essential things you need to know about raising a couple of weaners (piglets). We offer regular hands-on mornings for small groups with our Berkshire and other rare breed pigs.

For €30 per person you get an action packed session which will finish with a “Bangers & Mash” lunch.

Pig-out Weekend

Go the whole hog and book one of our Pig-Out weekends or mid-week breaks.

Spend the weekend with our rare breed pigs - Berkshires, Gloucestershire Old Spots, Tamworths and Oxford Sandy & Blacks.

You will be fully hands on with feeding and caring for our herd including small piglets. In the evening we will have a roast pork supper with what is arguably the best crackling in the world.


Price from 110 euros for two people including 1 night stay with dinner.


We can add to your package

Butchery demonstration where we will show you the basic cuts on half a pig.

Sausages and bacon session to take you through wet and dry curing plus how to make some great sausages that suit your taste.

We can arrange transfers from La Rochelle or Poitiers airports or St Maixent station for the TGV from Paris.
